"Chugha Family Group" is a family brand for a group of independently operated Australian businesses, including J Chugha & K.S Chugha (Chugha Family Farm; imports and wholesale), Sterling Nexus Pty Ltd (ACN 693 790 331; property and construction), and LearnWell Global (education). "We", "us" and "our" refer to the relevant operating entity.

• Information you give us through enquiry forms or email: your name, business email, phone number, division of interest, and the content of your message.
• Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, and how you use the Site through standard web logs and any analytics tools.

Our client portal at chughafamily.com/db/ is access-controlled and intended for authorised users only. Information you submit there is handled under this policy and any separate terms that apply to the portal.
